Participate in a three-day robotic mission to Mars and help NASA scientists unravel the mysteries of the red planet and prepare it for habitation. Prepare for an extraordinary voyage that will ignite your curiosity and propel you into the captivating world of robotics and programming.

Curriculum and Information

Programming Logic

Students will learn the importance and basics of programming robots.

Knowledge Reinforcement

Students will work as a team to complete coding challenges, with extra points for creativity.

Programming Concepts

Learn coding, from if/then statements to experimenting with various robotic sensors to win engaging challenges.

Significant Teamwork

In groups of four, students will work together to win a coding competition on the simulated surface of Mars.

Scratch or C++ Coding

Depending on participant preference, students may learn coding through a Scratch or C++ environment.

Critical Thinking

Students are challenged to solve tasks in unconventional ways, promoting creativity in problem-solving.
