Spatial Camp For The High Schools Students Conference
A Personal Invitation to Inspire Your Future
Dear High School Students,
Today, I want to speak to the dreamer in each of you.
Growing up as a young boy in Les Cayes, Haiti, I often lay on my back beneath the stars, looking up in wonder at the infinite sky. The stars felt so close, yet impossibly far. I dreamed of space—the exploration, the discovery, the unknown—but more importantly, I dreamed of what humanity could achieve if we dared to reach for it.
That dream never left me. Life took me on a winding path, far from where I imagined, but the spark remained, waiting to ignite something greater. Today, I come to you with a mission: to inspire the next generation of scientists, engineers, and explorers—to inspire you.
This is why we are hosting the 1st Lunar Mission and Suborbital Tourism Space Camp, a groundbreaking 3-day experience designed to awaken your curiosity, challenge your mind, and show you what is possible when you believe in your dreams and pursue knowledge.
Why You Should Be a Part of This Journey
This isn’t just another event—it’s a launchpad for your future. Imagine yourself:
- Designing and launching rockets with aerospace professionals.
- Exploring the Moon through VR simulations and interactive workshops.
- Coding lunar rovers, building habitats, and solving challenges real engineers face.
- Meeting mentors who have walked the path of NASA, SpaceX, and other space pioneers.
- Standing on the Kennedy Space Center grounds, where history was made and where your future could begin.
We believe that the next great space explorer is sitting among you—someone who will build spacecraft, conduct experiments on the Moon, or lead missions to Mars. But before you can conquer the stars, you must believe it is possible.
A Shared Dream: From Les Cayes to the Moon
My life is a testament to this truth: dreams don’t have to stay dreams. My journey from a young Haitian boy with big ambitions to a nonprofit leader building spacecraft proves that you can achieve the extraordinary.
And I’m not alone. Your teachers, mentors, and countless leaders in STEM are rooting for you—because you are the future of exploration, science, and innovation.
Our Invitation to You
The 1st Lunar Mission & Suborbital Tourism Space Camp isn’t just about learning. It’s about believing in yourself—your potential, your abilities, and the fact that you can create change in the world and beyond.
This camp will push your boundaries, light a fire within you, and connect you to a community of dreamers who, like you, dare to reach for the stars.
The Story Behind Oselo Help Corp
Oselo Help Corp is a tribute to my parents’ Love and Generosity. In 2019, I was blessed with the rare gift of spending five precious months with my parents, Dominique and Louise Augustin, in Les Cayes, Haiti.
My father’s gentle humor and my mother’s warmth created moments I will forever cherish. Their compassion and care for others inspired me to create Oselo Help Corp, a nonprofit organization dedicated to affordable housing and groundbreaking scientific projects like space exploration.
The name “Oselo” is a tribute to my mother’s spirit and the values she and my father instilled in me—love, laughter, and care for the less fortunate. Through Oselo, I am committed to carrying their legacy forward, lighting up lives in the same way they lit up mine.
Together, Let’s Create a Legacy
I invite you to join us on the Lunar Mission and Suborbital Tourism Convention on this extraordinary journey. Let’s build, create, and explore together. Let this camp be where you say, “I am capable. I am capable. I will strive for greater heights. My journey is destined to make history.“
I cannot wait to meet you, future astronauts, engineers, scientists, and innovators. Let’s embark on this adventure together and create a legacy that reaches beyond the stars on the Lunar Mission and Suborbital Tourism Space Camp.
With heartfelt excitement and belief in you,
Pierre Richard Augustin, MPA, MBA
